I have read that I should have installed Windows 10 after El Capitan, using Clover, but now it is impossible and it would be a pain in the ass to reínstall windows because of the license activation (on UEFI mode is really diturbing even having a legal license, which is my case).

Failing that, you may need to format the partition. Try the following (usually works when nothing else will): sudo mkdir /Volumes/EFI sudo mountmsdos /disk0s1 /Volumes/EFI.
